silent night

My parents kept all 4 Friday night. I figured they would be calling first thing Saturday, but they didn't they kept them for a full 24 hours....whoo-hoo. Can you believe they all slept through the night for them. Today my parents took the kids to the park, then for ice cream. It was so nice. Greg and I went out for the 1st time in forever, then today Greg finished getting the new door up, the floor is almost finished, and I got a shower without 1 interruption from anyone. I ran that hot water tank empty. It was glorious!

I did go over to my parents and took them our van, so they didn't have to fool with switching around 4 car seats. While I was there Dylan was stung by a bee. I couldn't believe it, he didn't even cry. Not one tear. Even when I was fooling with it to make sure the stinger was out, there wasn't a peep out of him. Now I think we have to get him checked out. I don't think he feels pain, and if he does it's not much at all. You figure he has fell down the basements steps and now the bee sting, plus a few other bumps and bangs, and no crying. Nothing seems to phase him. The last time he was at the ER they wanted to run some tests to check on this, and we decided to take it up with his pedi instead. I'll be calling Tuesday. I'm scared if something is really wrong with him, we won't know. Maybe he won't know. It kinda freaks me out.

We had a big yard sale to weed some of the baby stuff out. I still think we have a ton left. So if anyone needs any baby clothes...shoot me an email. It's hard to get rid of somethings, you figure Ava is still in 3/6 month clothes, Ryan is 0/3-3/6 and Dylan is just getting into 6 month clothes. I can't seem to judge the seasons right, because I keep thinking their going to go through a huge growth spurt, but it just hasn't happened yet. So I'm vowing not to buy anything I think they will grow into. I do have to go get some summer clothes. I bought 9 and 12 month clothes last summer thinking that at 17/18 months they would fit....yeah right.
