silent night
I did go over to my parents and took them our van, so they didn't have to fool with switching around 4 car seats. While I was there Dylan was stung by a bee. I couldn't believe it, he didn't even cry. Not one tear. Even when I was fooling with it to make sure the stinger was out, there wasn't a peep out of him. Now I think we have to get him checked out. I don't think he feels pain, and if he does it's not much at all. You figure he has fell down the basements steps and now the bee sting, plus a few other bumps and bangs, and no crying. Nothing seems to phase him. The last time he was at the ER they wanted to run some tests to check on this, and we decided to take it up with his pedi instead. I'll be calling Tuesday. I'm scared if something is really wrong with him, we won't know. Maybe he won't know. It kinda freaks me out.
We had a big yard sale to weed some of the baby stuff out. I still think we have a ton left. So if anyone needs any baby clothes...shoot me an email. It's hard to get rid of somethings, you figure Ava is still in 3/6 month clothes, Ryan is 0/3-3/6 and Dylan is just getting into 6 month clothes. I can't seem to judge the seasons right, because I keep thinking their going to go through a huge growth spurt, but it just hasn't happened yet. So I'm vowing not to buy anything I think they will grow into. I do have to go get some summer clothes. I bought 9 and 12 month clothes last summer thinking that at 17/18 months they would fit....yeah right.

All about Ryan
Ryan does have alot of developmental delays, more than the other 2. When he came home he was extremely floppy, he had no strength at all, and had every red flag for Cerebral Palsy. Ryan has came such a long way in a year. Although he only weighs 13 lb 14 oz, he is moving all over the place.
He climbs on everything. He is crawling, and pulling himself up and walking the furniture. He still has a long way before he's walking. But he has come such a long way.
Ryan still has some major issues from his prematurity. He has a major hearing loss in his left ear, he has a bit of fluid on the brain, but no shunt. The Dr's are pretty confident that he will outgrow it.
Ryan is the reason the kids still don't sleep though the night. When he wakes he screams til everyone is up. Then gives you the biggest smile, as if he did it on purpose.
Still I couldn't imagine life without Ryan....and to think the Dr's wanted to reduce him during my pregnancy. Sure glad I didn't go along with their thinking.

update
Delaney trying to be "Dolly Partner"
My lil Ava
Ry
Come to find out, when we were leaving the house Delaney came up from the basement and didn't close the door all the way behind her. After I walked out of the house Greg went to round up the kids and Dylan thought it was a game and took off running around the corner to the basement steps and there he went. I swear this wild child is gonna give me a heart attack!
Dylan the day after his big fall. Can you see it? Yes, the poor boy is in pink again.
Delaney had a day full of pictures April 25. To start the day she had soccer pics, then tumbling pics, then tap pics. I saw her playing in the mirror, it was too cute not to get a few pics. Enjoy.

Be looking for Ryan & Ava's post coming soon!
