take me away

All the babies are sick, and so is Delaney. I really don't know what the heck they have. The Dr told us to let it run it's course. They have had fevers and runny noses for almost 3 days now. And the best part is their teething too. Greg had to be held the last 2 nights all night. Everytime you lay Dylan down he starts screaming at the top of his lungs and wakes the other 2. Greg and I have been sleeping in shifts, so that we can take care of Mr Demanding Dylan.
*NOTE TO DYLAN*
If you don't settle down and sleep tonight, I might be tempted to put a pack & play in the basement and let you cry it out!
Another reason to hate Jon & Kate: Jon & Kate have a lady that comes and folds all their laundry, where's mine?
Last week we all had a bug. SO of course housework was the last thing on my mind. I pretty much let the laundry go for the week. Boy was that a mistake. When Ryan went to bed Friday night in Ava's purple snow bunny sleeper, I realized I better get crackin'. I washed laundry all weekend in the hopes that Greg would help me fold it and get it put away. Ha! I was wrong. Here's a pic of all the laundry I gotta fold today....I can't believe this is only 1 week!...1 week of laundry! We actually ran out of laundry baskets and had to resort to Rubbermaid containers and Macy's bags.

Speaking of Mothers of Multiples....I am so sick of this Octuplet Mother. Would you like to know why? Because everywhere I go I hear..."aren't you glad you don't have 8?" "Just think you could have 8" "It could be worse you could have 8" Leave me alone! I don't have 8. I have 3. By no means should I be in the same category as her. And to be honest I am so sick of hearing about her.

This is what I think....

~I think she must be a super strong Mom, she carried those 8 babies for 30 weeks! I couldn't carry 3 for more than 24 weeks. So lets hear it for her super uterus!

~I think she may have some issues, but in reality everyone has issues. Maybe not as big as hers but so what?!

~It shouldn't be about her anymore. Look at those poor babies in the NICU, let us all just say a prayer that those babies come out of there safe and healthy. Personally I can't believe how well they are doing considering there was 8.

~When she was talking about not being able to reduce, I understood her point. I was told to reduce every visit. How could I play God and pick what baby I would get rid of. I know that God put each of those babies there for a reason. Who am I to pick 1 or more and get rid of them. And if I would have reduced, Ryan wouldn't be here, and if I would have reduced 2 Ava wouldn't be here either.

On one other note, did you see the boy that just became a father at 13. He said he thinks he'll be good at it?! Where the hell was his parents? That is completely ridiculous!
